InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Winter Haven. If you value a flexible schedule, steady caseload, and a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

You will deliver in-home physical therapy, evaluate mobility, and implement rehabilitation programs while educating families and maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
