Job summary

InHome Therapy in Oak Brook, IL is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes. You will assess mobility and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function and independence.

This role offers a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, and tools to support therapy delivery, with training provided and opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain timely home health care documentation per Medicare/agency standards.

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $85 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
