Job Details

Physical Therapist seeing patients in homes either part time or full time. Available territories are Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on physician direction
• Evaluate clients' physical functioning in their homes
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to coordinate therapy services
• Establish rehabilitation and maintenance goals and activities
• Observe, record, and report patients' reactions and progress to physicians and program personnel
• Provide therapy services to adult and geriatric populations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Skills You Need

• Licensed and registered Physical Therapist in New York state, or ability to obtain
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist

A car is required for Brooklyn or Queens roles; no car needed for Manhattan.
