Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $110,410.18 - $130,397.68. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.Overview:
HSS Rehabilitation and Performance is a dynamic multidisciplinary team of highly skilled clinicians supported by engaged patient access and rehab technician professionals.
We are actively seeking a staff physical therapist for one of our NYC outpatient clinics. This dynamic setting offers the opportunity for the physical therapist to practice in an environment where the clientele ranges from recreationally to competitively active.
We offer a robust onboarding experience and many career development opportunities including, but not limited to: career ladder advancement, clinical mentorship, participation in educational initiatives (for self and others), and team and community activities.
Qualifications:
2+ years' outpatient PT experience emphasizing differential diagnosis, examination and treatment of various musculoskeletal pathologies of the spine and extremities; both non-operative and post-operative is preferred. New York State licensure is a requirement. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also vital.
