Physical Therapist

Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Location: 411 NY-17M, Monroe, NY (Orange County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. PM hours until 7:00 PM on Monday/Wednesday and AM hours starting at 7:00 AM on Tuesday/Thursday. Schedule is flexible, but evening hours are required due to increased demand for PM appointments. Open to further discussing schedule during interview.)

Responsibilities

You’ll achieve success by:

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Providing excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Familiarity with evaluating and treating a variety of post-operative orthopedic conditions
• Strong clinical knowledge of cervical and lumbar spine disorders and related treatment protocols
