Job summary

WeCare Centers at Jameson Care Center in New Castle, PA, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and independence. A $3000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include planning and administering treatments, following care plans, and providing education to patients, families, and caregivers. Ideal candidates have a valid state license and enjoy working in a supportive nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Valid State license or certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing environment preferred.

• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
