Job summary

WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center in Montoursville, PA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and recover independence through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities.

Full-time roles include a $5,000 sign-on bonus; part-time offers $2,500. Join our team focused on compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment with strong growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid State qualifying license or certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing environment is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
• Hands on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all therapy is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
