Job summary

Amergis is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Falmouth, MA. The PT will perform patient evaluations and provide and document therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders.

The position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. A current PT license in the state and ACCREDITED PT schooling are required, with CPR may be needed and a health certificate as applicable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
