Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist in York, PA to perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders. The role is a travel assignment with 40 hours per week and a pay of $4,046 per week.

Minimum requirements include active Physical Therapist licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited PT program, and eligibility for CPR where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice

• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred


• Current CPR if applicable


• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable


• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
