Job summary

Amergis is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract - full time position in Attleboro, MA. The PT will evaluate patients and provide/ document therapy services according to the patient plan of care and physician orders when applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year PT experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and document findings.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care.
• Follow physician orders when applicable.

Location: Attleboro, MA

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician's orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
