Step Up Rehab, LLC in Lecanto, FL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our SNF team.

Provide skilled PT services within the dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and daily living activities for residents.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
