Step Up Rehab in Ocala, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms at Hawthorne and TimberRidge centers and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
