Step Up Rehab in Lecanto, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This PRN position offers flexible hours and elevated rates when medical benefits are waived, with services provided exclusively in the SNF.

As an OT, you will deliver skilled therapy, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support residents in regaining function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
