Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our SNF team. This full-time role involves delivering skilled PT services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and helping residents regain function and independence.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
