Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Riverview in Essex, MD. This full-time opportunity focuses on helping residents improve mobility and independence through personalized PT plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, delivering skilled therapy, setting goals, documenting progress, and collaborating with PTAs, OT, SLP, and nursing to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

$45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Riverview. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working directly with residents to improve mobility, restore function, and support greater independence throughout the rehabilitation process.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
