$45–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping residents restore mobility, improve confidence, and maximize functional independence through individualized rehab care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and pain management
• Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions
• Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
