Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ellensburg, WA. The PT performs patient evaluations and delivers and documents therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders where applicable.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing therapy plans, and ensuring accurate documentation. WA licensure required; travel-friendly position with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and provide and document therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders when applicable.
• Provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care for each patient.

Current licensure as a PhysicalTherap

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
