Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Centralia, WA. This role requires licensure as a PTA in the state, a 40-hour work week, and the ability to provide care under PT supervision.

You will perform treatment, documentation, and implementation of the plan of care in healthcare facilities, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits as part of Amergis staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services including treatment, implementation and documentation under the direction of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
