Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Dayton, Ohio team at Kindred Hospital Dayton. You will conduct assessments, plan and provide direct patient care, and collaborate with rehab colleagues to support discharge planning and patient outcomes.

We value education and licensure, CPR certification, and experience in rehab settings to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a dynamic post-acute environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current PT license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
