Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for Springfield Regional Medical Center. As a PRN, weekend/month role, you will assess patients, develop plans, and restore function through direct care and home exercise education.

Join a team focused on outcomes, documentation, and collaborative discharge planning to support patients' return to community living.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current OH PT license.
• CPR certification required.
• Clinical knowledge and strong patient rapport-building.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.

What we're looking for

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and have a current PT license in the state of OH. Additional requirements include:
