Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role offers flexibility and stability, enabling you to manage your day while delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $95 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals

• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
