Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN coverage. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and deliver therapy to improve mobility, strength and function as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Flexible PRN scheduling with opportunities for network-wide PRN posts; potential pathways to full-time roles or leadership positions; a supportive rehab team and ongoing education are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care teams.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Conduct staff education and in-service training.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students as needed.

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, patient-centered care.
