Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN scheduling. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and deliver skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Work with an interdisciplinary team and document progress accurately.

This flexible PRN role offers competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and teamwork-focused support. Prior SNF or rehab experience and SC licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• SC license in good standing required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students; participate in discharge planning.
