Palm Springs Healthcare Center is actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and support residents within our care environment.

The PT will evaluate and treat patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal concerns, perform tests, and implement plans of care in accordance with regulatory guidelines. A California PT license is required; new graduates are welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.
• Current California license to practice Physical Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments simulated or actual to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Salary: $104,000 - $124,000 Per Diem/On Call

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties and Responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications and Skills:

• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.
