Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a Masters or Doctoral degree.
• Valid physical therapy license and BLS certification are required.
• Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential.

• Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies.

• Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies; select appropriate treatments; educate patients and families; document care activities; and provide discharge instructions and referrals.
• Core duties: Ensure ethical practice, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, participate in staff activities, and utilize resources safely and efficiently.
• Customer Service & Professional Development: Demonstrate a patient-centered approach, foster teamwork, apply service recovery principles, participate in ongoing education, and support new staff onboarding.
