Job description

Role: The physical therapist assesses, plans, and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy; valid PT license; BLS certification. Must have effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Adheres to ethical standards, maintains confidentiality, punctuality, and professionalism. Participates in ongoing professional development and mandatory training.

Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, develop and revise treatment plans, document care according to protocols, educate patients and families, and promote a positive, respectful environment.
