Services are delivered across the continuum in a cost-effective, quality-focused, and patient-centered manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Planning and Care: Develops and revises treatment plans, selects appropriate activities, educates patients and families, and provides discharge instructions and referrals.
• Patient Assessment: Works with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans, involving patients and families in goal setting.
• Documentation: Maintains accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information per departmental protocols.
• Professional Conduct: Upholds ethical standards, maintains confidentiality, punctuality, and adheres to dress codes and safety protocols.
• Customer Service & Teamwork: Provides respectful, positive interactions with patients and colleagues, fostering collaboration and applying service recovery principles.
• Professional Development: Participates in ongoing education, completes required competencies, and contributes to staff training and orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
