Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide professional PT services to residents and support compassionate care.

Qualified candidates hold a CO license and prefer experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities. Proficiency with Casamba and PointClickCare is a plus, with competitive hourly pay and a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus.
• Proficient in Casamba and PointClickCare data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services as part of an inter-disciplinary team for residents.
• Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement PT plans.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
