Job summary

Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Lacey, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The role involves assessing referred patients, providing direct patient care, and contributing to treatment plans within a supportive, diverse workplace.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $7,500 for full-time positions, with benefits including PTO, 401(k), health/dental/vision, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
