Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for PRN 20 hours/week. Join a 113-bed skilled nursing facility offering comprehensive rehab services and an engaging, collegial team.

Responsibilities

• Document in EMR (PCC) and contribute to care planning.

Alderwood Post Acute & Rehab has an opportunity to join the in-house therapy team at this 113-bed skilled nursing facility in Lynnwood, WA! Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
