Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. A PT license is required; BLS certification is also needed, with prior geriatric experience preferred.
Role: Physical Therapist (Per Diem) responsible for performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a current or temporary license in the state of practice. BLS certification is required, and prior experience with adult and geriatric care is preferred.
Skills & Requirements: Ability to perform assessments, execute treatment programs, lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, and twisting.
