Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Maryland. You will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain functional capacity.

Responsibilities include evaluating functional status, collaborating with physicians, delivering treatments, and educating patients and families about care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in the practicing state (MD).
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
