Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. in Missouri seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team, providing objective assessments and developing individualized treatment programs for adults and seniors in home health settings.

You will supervise patients, rehabilitation technicians, and PT assistants, ensuring care aligns with state practice acts and our organizational standards; a strong focus on compassionate, professional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Active/Temporary Physical Therapy license in the practice state.
• Preferred Experience: Six months to one year working with adult and geriatric patients.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for patient care.

Position Overview
