Job description

Position Overview: Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients under supervision. Responsible for direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, as well as general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Ensures care aligns with departmental policies, standards, and organizational values.

  • Bachelor, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

  • Current or Temporary Physical Therapy license in practice state

  • BLS certification (current)

  • Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of rehabilitation experience, especially with adult and geriatric patients


Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing and walking; capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
