Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist at SITE - 515 E Division - Rockford to provide patient-focused therapy aligned with medical direction. Responsibilities include teaching patients and caregivers, and arranging adaptive equipment as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration within Rehab Resource Pool and supports the patient’s functional goals during day shifts, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master’s Degree.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver’s License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• CRT-BLS (BLS) - AHA 90 Days required.
• CRT-BLS (BLS) - ARC 90 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
