Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide therapy to patients at the Big Rapids care center, following medical direction and patient care plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, MI licensure, and a valid driver's license. A Master's Degree and 6 months of experience are preferred, with potential for on-site work and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred: Master's Degree.
• Preferred: 6 months of relevant experience.
• Preferred: LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI, State of Michigan.
• Upon Hire required: LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI, State of Michigan.
• CRT-BLS certification (AHA or ARC) within 90 days.

• Department Name: Rehab Resource Pool - Grand Rapids Hosp.
• Employment Type: Part time.
• Shift Day (United States of America).
• Weekly Scheduled Hours: 4 Hours of Work.
• Hours: 7:00am - 6:30pm.
• Days Worked: Monday to Friday.
• Weekend Frequency: N/A.
