Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for the Big Rapids site. You will provide therapy based on patient need and medical direction, and educate patients and caregivers while arranging adaptive equipment as needed.

Licensed in Michigan with the state; Bachelor's in physical therapy required; Master’s preferred. The role is part-time with day shifts, supporting rehabilitation services within the grand Rapids hospital network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Licensure as Physical Therapist in Michigan (MI) Upon Hire.
• Driver's License - Michigan (Home Care) Upon Hire.

Summary of Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
