Job summary

Corewell Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for its Grand Rapids Rehab team. The role provides patient-centered physical therapy per medical direction, with emphasis on pelvic health. Responsibilities include patient education and arranging adaptive equipment as needed.

The position is full-time with day shifts, 40 hours per week, serving the 2830 East Beltline site in Grand Rapids. State licensure in Michigan and CPR certification are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist - State MI (upon hire).
• Driver's License - State MI (upon hire).
• BLS/CPR certification required (AHA or ARC) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Educates patients and caregivers and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Standard Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
