Job summary

Qualifications

• LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI licensure required on hire.
• NB-COT National Board Certification required on hire.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI required on hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days (AHA or ARC).
• CHT certification preferred.
