Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for MOTION New City, NY, to join a high-performing outpatient PT team. You will deliver evidence-based care across orthopedic and post-surgical cases, with AI-assisted documentation and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation: $85K - $112K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
