MOTION New City, part of Confluent Health, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a high-performing outpatient team. You will grow clinically in orthopedic settings with mentorship and a gradual onboarding plan.

Benefits include $85K–$112K salary, up to $10K sign-on, up to $25K in student loan repayment, CE support, AI-assisted tools, and multiple career paths within MOTION.

Competenze

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads.

About

Compensation: $85K - $112K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
