Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada, or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one-on-one physical therapy sessions, with no double-booking or overlapping patients.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries, including acute and chronic conditions.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate directly with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members.
• Complete documentation during patient appointments using an electronic medical record system with AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on treatment goals, progress, and injury prevention.
