Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation coverage across multiple Utah locations and an upcoming Reno clinic. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, a four-day workweek, and a supportive environment with competitive compensation.

Positions available in Cottonwood Heights, St. George, and Reno, with full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable providing hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions with no double-booking
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members
• Complete documentation during patient appointments using an electronic medical record system with AI-assisted tools
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable
• Educate patients on treatment goals, progress, and injury prevention
• Open-floor treatment spaces with weights and rehab equipment
