Job summary

Markent Personnel currently seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation across Salt Lake City, St. George, and Reno. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, with a four-day workweek and competitive compensation.

Full-time or part-time options are available, with a schedule Monday–Thursday and no weekends. Locations include Cottonwood Heights and St. George, UT, plus Reno, NV opening soon.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada, or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Ability to provide hands-on, one-on-one outpatient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one-on-one physical therapy sessions.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries (acute and chronic).
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other team members.
• Document patient appointments using an EMR system with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on goals, progress, and injury prevention.
