Compensation is competitive with full-time salary options from 95,000 to 115,000 annually, plus bonuses and 401(k) matching. Part-time hourly pay ranges from 45–60/hour, with no productivity-based pay.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one-on-one physical therapy sessions with no double-booking.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries, acute and chronic.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehab.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and other clinicians.
• Document visits using an EMR with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with PT Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on goals, progress, and injury prevention.
