MDS Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient orthopedics/workers' compensation at locations in Utah and Nevada, with Reno opening soon. The role emphasizes one-on-one care, a four-day workweek, and competitive compensation, alongside a supportive team environment.

Positions available at Cottonwood Heights, UT; St. George, UT; and an upcoming Reno, NV clinic. Full-time or part-time schedules, with hours Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and no Fridays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide exclusively one-on-one physical therapy sessions with no double-booking.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries (acute to chronic).
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehab.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians.
• Document during appointments using an EMR with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on goals, progress, and injury prevention.
