Job summary

All Star Physical Therapy in Escondido, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide excellent patient care, supervise PTAs, and contribute to our family-like culture with supportive mentorship and growth opportunities.

We offer up to $25K student loan reimbursement, up to $10K sign-on bonus, AI-assisted documentation, and productivity bonuses that boost earnings by about $1,300/month, plus comprehensive benefits and 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.

Qualifications

• PT licensure in good standing or ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.

It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. About

Compensation: $46 - $56/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
