All Star Physical Therapy in Escondido, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide high-quality care, supervise PTAs, and help maintain our family-like culture with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. About

Compensation: $46 - $56/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
