Job summary

All Star Physical Therapy in Desert Hot Springs, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our close-knit outpatient orthopedic team. You will guide and oversee our dedicated PTs & PTAs to ensure excellent patient outcomes while delivering compassionate care.

Overview

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT's & PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses (Clinic Director gets option of profit sharing) which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

About

Compensation: $49 - $55/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
