In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software, which cuts documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat patients. All of our PTs receive daily productivity bonuses often adding up to around an extra \$1300 per month. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre‑employment standards.

About

Compensation: \$48 - \$54/hour plus inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a \$5K sign‑on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
